The national key ceramic laboratory of Tsinghua university is one of the R&D bases of Upcera, Upcera develop biological nano zirconia products and with operation of the experts from United States, Switzerland, Japan, Taiwan. We have a strong research and development ability to ensure the advance of zirconia ceramic technology and also provide a customized digital dentistry integrated solution.
Each procedure in production is strictly controlled, and semi-finished product will be inspected at every level. Processing performance tests, sintering performance test, quality spot checks etc. will be done on the finished product, to ensure consistent high quality for customers.
Raw material control- Safe and healthy
We believe that the quality control of raw materials is very important and will influence the quality of zirconia blanks directly. We persist in cooperating with well-known zirconia powder manufacturers, choose the best biological nano zirconia powder that meets all international authoritative standards. It is safe and healthy, being stabilized with yttrium during production, and a remarkable aging performance is ensured.
CIP (cold isostatic pressing) molding-homogeneous structure
Cold isostatic pressing is used in molding zirconia powder to achieve a homogeneous structure of the blank, together with perfect micro structure, which ensures a precise sintering shrinkage of zirconia blank and it is suitable for fast milling.
All technical parameters of the zirconia blank are recorded automatically in each production process
Sample milling test is performed from on batch of material
Each batch is tested for sintering performance
Each batch of products have to pass a strict quality spot check
